From a trip to Llandudno, community news and football-themed fun – it’s all in our July Newsletter

Our July Newsletter leads with confirmation of our summer day trip destination, as voted for by our Members. This year’s vote was a ‘face-off’ between Blackpool and Llandudno and the latter won this time around!

There’s also a football-themed ‘pull-out’ which kicks off with a feature about one of our WGN Members, Graham. He shares his experiences as a young, attacking footballer, when he used to play for (and manage) Chorltonville FC, Division 5.  He brought along his team photo and football trophy to one of our coffee mornings.

Keeping with the football theme, we have a World Cup inspired word search and football quiz for WGN Members who are feeling on the ball!

Plus, there’s news of a summer fair at Dandelion Community Hub on 18 July, Thrive Manchester Wythenshawe walks, and important heatwave advice.
