Big thanks to Co-op UK members for raising £2,411 for WGN

We are thrilled to announce that Co-op UK members have helped raise £2,411 for Wythenshawe Good Neighbours.

Being a Co-op Local Community Fund cause (Oct 2021 – Oct 2022) has helped us to raise funds to buy equipment for our new Volunteer Drivers Scheme (launching next year). Big, heartfelt thanks to everybody who supported us through Co-op UK’s Fund – we really appreciate it!

Our Volunteer Drivers scheme will help our members to get out and about, connect to their local community and enjoy social activities. We’ll be telling you more about it over the coming months.

Thanks also to our local Co-op UK stores for selecting us a Cause last year and for their support. We particularly enjoyed celebrating initiatives like Fairtrade Fortnight with Northenden Co-op.
